This portion of the monument describes two abostles Tateos and Bakhdemioros which are welcoming to Armenia.After them, Armenian King Terdat and Grigor Lousavorich carring the Holy Bible as they walk down the spiritual stairs to Armenia.On the background are Narekatci which is the simbol of soil of Armenia, Mesrop Mashtotc, the simbol of science and culture, Vardan Mamikonian who is the symbol of power of the Army in Armenia, and Khorenatci, the symbol of history of Armenia
